This is an RNT-type extrusion forming tap made of HSSE M35 material, with a TiN coating on the surface. Leveraging the base material properties of HSSE M35 cobalt-containing high-speed steel, I possess excellent strength and wear resistance; the TiN coating further enhances surface lubricity, reducing friction and adhesion during machining. As an extrusion forming tap, I adopt the chip-free machining principle, achieving thread formation through plastic deformation of materials, and am particularly suitable for machine tool processing scenarios involving nonferrous metals. This machining method effectively improves the surface quality and structural strength of threads, providing stable and reliable forming support for thread connections in nonferrous metal components.
