HSSE M35 TIN RNT Thread Tap Extrusion Tap Forming Tap Used for Non Chip Machining Machine Tool Processing of Nonferrous Metals

This is an RNT-type extrusion forming tap made of HSSE M35 material, with a TiN coating on the surface. Leveraging the base material properties of HSSE M35 cobalt-containing high-speed steel, I possess excellent strength and wear resistance; the TiN coating further enhances surface lubricity, reducing friction and adhesion during machining. As an extrusion forming tap, I adopt the chip-free machining principle, achieving thread formation through plastic deformation of materials, and am particularly suitable for machine tool processing scenarios involving nonferrous metals.
